Article 2: Validity of the order

The consumer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of these general conditions does not require a handwritten signature. Any order validated by the consumer on the website implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions.

During the confirmation of your order materialized by the sending of an email, you declare to accept the contents of this one as well as the entirety of the present general conditions of sale fully and without reserve. Your order will then be processed according to the deadlines indicated on each item sheet so that you can receive your package. You can print your order form received by email. Upon registration of your order, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgment of receipt will specify the exact amount that will be invoiced to you and the terms of delivery of your order. This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes acceptance of your order and will validate the transaction. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

These general conditions of sale express the entirety of the obligations and rights of both parties. Also, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions of the said conditions.

Article 3: Terms of payment

The payment of your purchases on the Site takes place exclusively in Euros and is carried out either by credit card (via Paypal and Mollie), or directly via Paypal if the buyer has a prior online account, for any other mode of payment please contact customer service.

Article 4: Availability of products

Our offers of products offered on the site are only valid within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a definitive breakdown of the product after placing your order, we undertake to inform you of this within 10 days and to indicate the waiting period for receipt of this product. If necessary, you can, if you wish, request the cancellation (refund by the same method of payment made within 15 days) or the replacement of a product by sending us an email to the address .

Article 5: Custom order and quote request

Le Temps D'une Walima offers a tailor-made creation service. A specialized tab is included on the online site to make contact, a form will be sent to you to inform the designer about your request. Once the request has been registered, a quote will be sent to you within 72 hours. The quote is free, without any commitment and remains the property of The Time of a Walima . In the event of refusal or acceptance of the latter, once the acceptance of the estimate has been made, the order will be recorded once the amount of the latter has been collected. The manufacturing times will be indicated in the estimate sent to the customer.

It takes on average for custom orders between 2 and 8 weeks (indicative time).

According to article L121-20-2 of the consumer code, no tailor-made order benefits from the right of withdrawal. (cf: article 9)


Article 6: Quality charter

All our products are guaranteed made in FRANCE.


Article 7: Terms of delivery

The products can be delivered in all countries of the world, to the address of your choice, in accordance with the elements that you have provided to us. Le Temps D'une Walima declines all responsibility in the event of delay or absence of delivery resulting from the transmission of erroneous or incomplete elements or any other reason due to the responsibility of a Third Party or concerning the delivery address. that you have told us. You will be delivered within an average of 3 to 8 days from the validation of your order form by Le Temps D'une Walima , in the event of payment by credit card, and from the cashing of your check, if you have opted for this means of payment.

Article 8: Return and right of withdrawal

If the product does not correspond to your request, you can return it to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of its receipt by you at the address communicated by customer service.
In order to validate your return, the creations must not have been worn and must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Our return service will ask you for a photograph of the jewelry in order to validate your return. Once the jewelry has been received, they will serve as a study to validate their condition, after which you can opt for an exchange or a refund. This will be made by bank transfer according to the method of payment used within 21 days of receipt of your return (at the customer's expense with proof of postage) and according to the following terms:

- If the package is returned unopened, we will refund the price of your order, excluding shipping costs and deduction of shipping costs if these were offered to you or we will create a credit note for the amount of your order.

-If the package has been opened and worn, no return or refund will be made.

Despite all the care taken by Le Temps D'une Walima in the preparation of packages, a product may be missing. Similarly, after transporting the package, one of the products may prove to be defective. Or for any other defect noted. This is why, upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the conformity of the products received. Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected and Le Temps D'une Walima will be released from all liability. Le Temps D'une Walima reserves the right to claim the return of the defective product. If all the above conditions are met, Le Temps D'une Walima will then either exchange or refund the defective product(s), or re-ship the missing product (subject to the well-being basis of the request).

Article 9: Right of withdrawal concerning tailor-made orders

According to Article L121-20-2 of the consumer code

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts:

1- For the provision of services whose execution has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the period of seven clear days;

2- Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates;

3-The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

4-The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer;

5-The supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines;

6-Authorized betting or lottery service.

Article 10: Intellectual property

All elements, brands, designs, models, logos, music, graphics, etc. appearing on the site are the exclusive property of the brand, which does not grant any license or any right other than that of consulting the Site. The reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
